Neighborhood Realty & Dev Corp was first chartered in the 1970's. Specializing in the disposal of unwanted vacant land parcels generally owned by distant persons as investments. Pioneering the settlement of many area sub divisions created during the 1960's. These speculative land divisions surround the City of Ocala and provided qualified buyers with affordable home sites. The company survied the Savings and Loan bust in the 80's and is currently rebuilding after the TOXIC ASSET bust of the twenty first centruy.
